It is important to take the Mega Multi Soft-Gels only on the days you are not taking Cardio Restore to ensure that your body does not get mineral deficient or interfere with the chelation process.

Rotate every third day between routine A and B.

Example: Monday Routine A, Tuesday Routine A, Wednesday Routine B. Thursday Routine A, Friday Routine A, Saturday Routine B. Sunday Routine A, Monday Routine A, Tuesday Routine B,  etc.

Cardio Restore Guidelines

• Cardio Restore is highly concentrated. You must mix 1 dose (15) drops with 2 oz. of mineral free liquid.

• You should take Cardio Restore on an empty stomach - at least 1 hour before a meal and 2 hours after a meal.

• You should wait 10 minutes after taking a dose of Cardio Restore before drinking additional liquids.

• On the days that you take Cardio Restore, you should avoid mineral supplements.

• You must always wait at least 1 hour after taking Cardio Restore before taking medications. Always wait 3 hours after taking medications before taking Cardio Restore.

• If you experience stomach cramps or diarrhea, reduce your next serving by 2 drops.

• Shelf life is 2 years. Store at room temperature
